This is a 55 hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Open to yoga teachers interested in teaching Aerial Yoga or Students curious about expanding their knowledge of Aerial Yoga, Anatomy and how to build a practice that works for their body. Students will learn why some aerial postures and which are not depending on the individual student. Exploration of differences in postures, alignment, and how to deliver a fun and effective aerial yoga class for all will be in store.

Ella Duke, ERYT: She's practiced yoga since 2005 and is the Co-owner of The Healing Hive, wellness center in Downtown Orlando.
She has a love for aerial and multiple certifications including Unnatta and Circusol Level 1 &2. As a former aerial yoga studio owner, she has taught hundreds of aerial yoga classes to a diverse population. She is also the co-author of aerial yoga teacher training manual.
In addition to aerial yoga, Ella specializes in Private Therapeutic Yoga Classes for people recovering from, Stroke and Brain Injury, Sports Injury Recovery & Eating Disorders.
Ella's Aerial yoga Classes are fun filled and soulful. She allows her students to build from the most basic to the fullest expression of a pose at their own pace. Her belief of allowing a student to progress slowly allows a solid foundation for a strong practice to be built.
Joanna Timm, LMT, RYT: A yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, and Co-owner of The Healing Hive.
Her practice of yoga began 10 years ago and she has been teaching since 2013.
She loves teaching Aerial yoga and her true passion is Anatomy. As a Licensed Massage Therapist she has a deep understanding of the human body and how it functions.
Her Aerial anatomy lectures are fun, concise and easy to understand. She has a gift for helping people understand the how's and why to the benefits aerial yoga provides each body.
