When Faith took her first yoga class eight years ago, she instantly felt a connection to the practice of yoga.
She loves how yoga focuses and relaxes the mind, strengthens and stretches the body, & energizes and lifts the spirit.
After being a yoga student for many years, she took a leap of "faith" and completed her 200-hour teacher training certification program.
She believes that anyone can benefit from the practice of yoga whether it's to calm the mind or improve the body, or both.
Faith loves being part of the greater Yoga community of like-minded individuals bringing a less stressful and healthy lifestyle to everyone that comes to the mat.
