Sondra discovered yoga in 2004 after curiosity lead her to stumble into a yoga class at her local gym. At the time she was on a hunt for a cure. Suffering from extreme pain from a series of accidents, she had tried traditional medicine, physical therapy, and more. She was hooked after her first class and relief soon followed. What started as purely physical relief lead her through physical and spiritual evolution.
- 200 hour teacher training with a focus on Hatha.

She loves to challenge the mind and body. A curious soul who has spent years practicing and learning about yoga, weight training, healthy living, clean eating, and spiritual growth. A once shy girl who was afraid of her own shadow thanks yoga for her loud hyena laugh that can be heard from rooms away that laughs fear in the face. She is committed to helping others grow and believe in themselves. Her day job as an accountant shows in her analytical approach to the anatomy of yoga and exercise. A free spirit swirled organization and determination.
