At Empower Yoga we strive to provide our students and our community with exceptional classes and outstanding service.

We have a responsibility to contribute not only to our student community and also the great Orlando community as well.

Our mission at Empower Yoga is to provide high quality yoga instruction in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for healing, transformation, and empowerment.
The benefits of yoga can be felt immediately and seen over time. Benefits are accessible to anyone regardless of fitness level, age, experience or background.
Our intention is not to simply bring you a healthier body and peace of mind. These are byproducts of the yoga practice. The aim of yoga is about experiencing oneness, cultivating a mind capable of concentration and a heart free of judgment. The gifts of this mystical journey happen to include a radiant body and a joyful existence.

  • Recurring Billing / Monthly Auto-Draft

The auto-draft contract Recurring Month Unlimited pass is a 3-month minimum commitment.

The recurring auto-billing contract will continue until notice is given. A 30 days written electronic notice to Info@EmpowerYogaLove.com must be sent to cancel.   You will receive a confirmation email stating receipt and cancellation processing, you are responsible to ensure you receive confirmation email.     Verbal cancellation is not acceptable method of cancellation.

If you would need to cancel within the 3 month minimum commitment a $75 cancellation fee will be charged, without exception.

Memberships are non-transferable to another person.

  • Refunds & Transfers

All class passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable or transferable from one student to another. Class passes cannot be shared.

Class passes can only be used for regular scheduled yoga classes excluding special workshops, series or teacher training/development programs.

Remaining classes will be honored after expiration when equal or greater pack is purchased within 30 days of expiration.

  • Sharing Class Passes

Members with class packs may only share class passes to bring a friend who has never been to studio before. The owner of the class-pack needs to be present when another person is using one of the classes.

  • Gift Card Refunds

Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable.

***Class Registrations and Cancellations should be done ONLINE ONLY. Classes are available for pre-registration via website or MindBody app. Please log onto your account and cancel from there. We cannot guarantee that we will receive or process your cancellation if you mention it to someone in passing, via phone call or email.

That is why we request that class reservations and cancellations be done online.

  • Workshop / Series-Program Cancellations

If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the workshop/series-program start date, you have the option to request a refund or a studio credit; if a refund is requested, the amount paid will be refunded minus a 15% admin fee to cover merchant & admin fee. Otherwise a full credit can be requested, which can be used towards any future classes, passes, or workshops, but not for merchandise.

If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 2 days prior to the workshop/series-program start date, an account credit will be applied for the full amount paid.

No refunds, Transfers or Credits can be issued for cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of workshop start date.

If we announce an event as “SOLD OUT” or “FULL” in the studio or online, no credit will be given after the announcement as you have taken a space that could have been purchased by another student.

Credit will be given if your spot is taken by a paying client.

In addition, absence/no show to a workshop is non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or credit will not be possible.

Workshops could occasionally be canceled by the studio due to a teacher emergency or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a workshop is canceled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your EYL Studio account if you choose.

  • Private Session Cancellations

Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or student will be charged for the full rate of the session.

If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.

  • YOGA Retail/Merchandise

We encourage you to try on the clothes before purchasing.

Products purchased in the store can be exchanged within 7 days when accompanied with a receipt. Credit card refunds will incur a 15% admin fee. You may also chose to receive a full Studio Credit if you return within 7 days. Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging/tags attached. There are no returns or exchanges on opened/unwrapped products.

Trying merchandise on: you must wear undergarments when trying on pants/swimwear/etc. If you damage merchandise (makeup stains, tear, rip, or try on with no undergarments) you will be responsible for purchasing merchandise.

  • Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal information with any other party.
